A condensed tannin and ellagic tannin mixture suitable for the protection of white & red wines introduced at the initial stage of fermentation. Tanrouge performs as a regulator of oxidation, correcting the state of reduction and hindering the action of oxidizing agents on the most sensitive molecules (aroma compounds) and as a colour stabilizer.

For premium wines we suggest the use of Tannred.

Dosage:            10 - 30 g/ 100 Litres on the mash and/or in maceration

                        10 - 15 g/ 100 Litres in red wines to strengthen their structure

                          5 - 10 g/ 100 Litres in red wines for protein reduction
