A biological adjuvant made from yeast cell walls and rich in polysaccharides, soluble mannoproteins and a mixture of condensed and ellagic tannins.

Polisac Extra Red contains anti-oxidant and anti-radical power of the tannins to protect colour and oxidation, condensed tannins bond with anthocyanins to improve polyphenolic structure and polysaccharides which interact with tannins and anthocyanins to stabilize colour, stabilize proteins.  The interaction of polysaccharides and mannoproteins assists aroma development and provide a softness and sensation of flavour volume in the fermenting wine.

Dosage:            30g. per 100 litres of wine.
