ADJUVANT 92 is a balanced and elaborate blend of alginic and mineral colloids from bentonites and alginates which allows clarification of wine in the bottle during secondary fermentation using Gyro-pallette method.  It is not suitable for hand riddling.

Once it is injected in the wine, ADJUVANT 92 flocculates and collects all the yeast and other particles, and forms an isolating layer, allowing the particles to be drawn into the neck without leaving traces on the bottle.

Dose:                3 - 4g per 100 litres of wine

Pack size:         500g  &  1Kg.
