ADJUVANT 83 is a balanced and elaborate blend of bentonites and mineral colloids and allows clarification of wine in the bottle during secondary fermentation using hand riddling or with the Gyro-pallette method.

Once it is injected in the wine, ADJUVANT 83 flocculates and collects all the yeast and other particles, and forms an isolating layer, allowing the particles to be drawn into the neck without leaving traces on the bottle.

Dose:                2 - 3g per 100 litres of wine
