Specifically development for the treatment of white wines and based on parietal polysaccharides and contributes maximum mannoproteins to the wine without the addition of other cytoplasm elements.  The function of this group of polysaccharides is to emulate the “sur lies” process over a shorter time span without the risks of extended maturation on lees.

Polisac Gold confers greater fullness of taste, improves the balance with acid components and increases volume and softness to the wine.   The stabilizing effect on protein and tartar levels reduces the need for further clarification treatments (including refrigeration), and thereby maintains the aromatic and structural characteristics of the wine.

Dosage:            20 – 30g. per 100 litres of wine
