Based on yeast polysaccharides obtained by heat inactivation treatment of a yeast strain rich in mannoproteins.   This enriches the wine in parietal polysaccharides and mannoproteins conferring mouth feel and softness to the wine and efficiently softens excessive astringency.

The significant amounts of mannoproteins present allows the winemaker to achieve excellent organoleptic results in a short time.  The ellagic tannins in the preparation add structure and length to the wine. 

Dose:                10 – 50g. per 100 litres after the first racking and during the maturation phase.
