A biological adjuvant based on yeast cell walls which provides tartaric and protein stability to white wines and has a positive interaction with the aroma compounds, increasing the aromatic persistence and softness of the wine.

Designed for use at the fermentation stage, Polisac Extra White acts as a powerful anti-oxidant protecting the aromas and freshness and bright colour of white wines. It enriches the wine with yeast polysaccharides at any early stage, especially mannoproteins, which stabilize the wine.

Dosage:            30g per 100 litres of wine
