Good nutritional management of yeast ferments is now an integral part of modern winemaking.  Ever Intec, One of Europeís leading research Companies, has developed several specialty nutrients to ensure the maximum efficiency of yeast ferments from re-hydration through to complete fermentation.

These nutrients are designed to maintain regular ferments, allowing yeasts to dominate over indigenous micro-flora, and contribute to healthy yeast cell production.

The use of inorganic nitrogenous salts is now known to produce some negative effects when used at the commencement of fermentation.  Nutrozim is designed to overcome these problems.


Ingredients:       Based on yeast cell walls, ammonium phosphate and thiamine in balanced proportions.

Usage:              Added to ferments in fractioned doses commencing at around 3% alcohol and up to and beyond 8-10% and to assist difficult ferments. (high alcohol / high temperature)  In white wines, Nutrozim will assist turbidity and hence the reduction in the production of volatile acidity.

Dose:                10 -60g / 100 litres in fractioned doses.
